Horses Beneath a Plum Tree
Chinese Horse Painting
Three horses standing under an old plum tree in blossom. Tall, on a gold silk mount, in ink with red and pink.
The tree fills the top half of the sheet in dry, knotted ink, and the horses stand quietly below it. It is a calmer picture than the galloping horses, and the two make an obvious pair for a room with one tall wall and one long one.
The gold mount gives it warmth. It suits a hallway, a landing, or the wall beside a bed.
Mounted on a rigid board with a slim frame, ready to hang. No glass.
