Privacy

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The only personal information we hold is what you send us by email.

What we collect

When you write to us, by email or through the form on the enquiries page (which simply opens your own email program), we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, your email address, sometimes a telephone number or a photograph of a room. When you buy, we also hold the invoice, the delivery address and the record of payment. We do not see or store card numbers; those are handled by the payment provider named on the invoice.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, to complete the sale, to ship the work and to deal with any return or claim. We keep correspondence and invoices for as long as tax law requires, which in the United States is generally seven years, and then delete them. We do not send newsletters. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone except the carrier who needs your address to deliver, the payment provider who processes your payment, and our accountant.

This website

The site is static HTML. It sets no cookies, loads no analytics, no fonts from third parties, no social media scripts and no advertising. Our web host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security, and rotates them.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or to delete it, and we will do so within thirty days unless the law requires us to keep it. Residents of California have these rights under the CCPA, and residents of the United Kingdom and the European Union under the UK and EU GDPR; we extend the same rights to everyone.
